BUYER BEWARE! You may think you are purchasing into a Master Planned Community, but Benchmark doesn't always finish them. Next thing you know they have approved a completely different style of house with a balcony looking into your bedroom and yard. NOT PART OF THE MASTER PLAN

We purchased in April one of the builder spec homes and moved in a few weeks after. It has been a great experience with the benchmark team and they have fantastic customer service. We cannot speak to the build process but if it is anything like our purchase I am sure they cover everything with attention to detail and service that is fantastic.
