We have used Ian @Nicons Enterprises for our basement finishing creating 2 bedrooms legal suite .Ian was involved in all the aspects of the project , from drawings, getting the city’s permits , inspections and finishing . All the work was done as he promised on time and on the original budget agreed .I’m happy with the outcome of the project and I strongly recommend to get with Ian for your next renovation project
We had very bad experience with this company. We hired Ian 3 years ago for renovation of our house and building extension. Every renovation job that was done by Ian and his helpers had major deficiencies. Ian did not hire professional tradesmen even though we asked him to. He never took responsibility for repair nor honoured his warranty. He hired a firm called GeoSpace consulting to provide building permit for extension. When we fired him he took revenge and stopped the process for permit. He took us to court to get more money from us but he failed badly. He proved in court that he doesn’t know how to read simple tool like level. He actually never used it throughout the project which explains why all walls he framed, floors and stairs he built are crooked, off level and different heights. Very poor workmanship throughout the house. He was dishonest in his financial reports, never gave us proper invoices. He never finished the renovation even though he was granted moretime and pay. We would not recommend this company for any renovation or building job.

We have been working with Nicons Enterprises on our last project and we were very happy with the outcome. Initially we were supposed to rebuild a new home but, due to Covid 19 pandemic, our plan turned into complete home renovation/remodelling. A Wonderful experience working with Nicons Enterprises. Ian Nicule is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient when addressing our questions (and always with smile). We recently replaced our carpet with new flooring, and Ian walked us through the process; providing a selection of flooring samples, confirming the underlay passed condo requirements, making arrangements with the building manager for access - essentially a smooth and wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Ian and his company for your next renovation and or flooring replacement.
