We were dealing with a serious issue with our concrete and feeling stuck with no clear solution—until Jared, the owner of New Peak, personally stepped in. Not only did he come out to meet with us face-to-face, but he also took full ownership of the situation with professionalism and sincerity.
What impressed me most is that, technically, Jared didn’t have to do anything—it wasn’t something that fell under any required obligation. But instead of brushing it off, he chose to do the right thing anyway. That kind of integrity is rare. He listened, understood our concerns, and made sure the problem was taken care of.
