A Rare Kind of IntegrityWe were dealing with a serious issue with our concrete and feeling stuck with no clear solution—until Jared, the owner of New Peak, personally stepped in. Not only did he come out to meet with us face-to-face, but he also took full ownership of the situation with professionalism and sincerity. What impressed me most is that, technically, Jared didn’t have to do anything—it wasn’t something that fell under any required obligation. But instead of brushing it off, he chose to do the right thing anyway. That kind of integrity is rare. He listened, understood our concerns, and made sure the problem was taken care of.We’re incredibly grateful for how he handled everything, and it’s clear he takes pride in both his work and his reputation. Thank you, Jared, for turning a stressful situation into a positive one.
I’ve used New Peak for some different jobs I’ve had done and they do excellent work. Always available and answering the phone. Their prices are reasonable, they care about doing a good job, and they really do great work. Highly recommend.
New peak did a remodel for my business and did a great job. They were very timely and professional. I would definitely recommend them!
Our build with New peak started April 2021they gave us the time frame of this build end of December Truthfully we did expect some delays so the first delay we understood We kept in contact with our relator she truthfully did a great job navigating through the chaos we experienced. While picking interior items they told us end of March/April for being done April comes and goes. We visited the sight of our house often to track the progress which began to move slower meanwhile they had house after house all new builds that would pop up for sale but here sat my house untouched Then came what was supposed to be closing start of June so we listed our previous house which sold in 13 hrs When asked if our home would be finished in time to move New Peak assured it would be Two days before closing on our sold house they inform us it would not be done when asked how much longer they said 1-3 weeks unable to extend our close date on our house that had sold this left us homeless for 3 wks not so much as an apology form them but to attempt to make up for this we were told that they were going to be sending us a check for $700 for the inconvenience we NEVER saw this check At the final walk through there was a chip in the foundation the carpet had not been stretched in the master and was lifting a door frame in our basement had been cut incorrectly and there is a giant gap above the door Im not sure on what the proper disposal of concrete is when finished but I didnt think it was dumping it in a giant pile on the middle of the property and leaving it there. Move in day comes there is now damage to the siding. We settle in day 1 and go to get a glass of water discovering the water to the fridge is not turned on so we go to turn it on discovering towels wrapped around the water line and placed underneath it As we turn it on water blast everywhere which explains the towels We open our fridge which we discover the door was broken while placing items in I end up burning my arm on the center piece that divides the fridge and freezer I then took the temperature of this center piece which heats up to 120 at times I would think opening my fridge without getting burned is a responsible request well not apparently to New Peak I called spoke with Jared and asked for a repair or replaced item and they informed me I had to call the manufacturer only upon trying to do so I discovered this fridge is actually so old the manufacturer does not manufacture any longer I relayed this message to New Peak no response At 7 months in the house no repairs had been made our relator reaches out to also get a run around answer About a week later Wyatt reaches out and tells us of his new position with New Peak Wyatt comes out and My husband walks him through every issue Wyatt and another gentleman tell us we are getting a new fridge 4 no contact for 5 months or so days before what would be 1 year in the house a team shows up to repair some of the repairs However they do not fix the carpet and now they are getting in touch with the purchasing power people about our fridge then left We sent an email with all the remaining repairs and now three months later have yet to hear back. The communication has been scarce and they lack any ability to meet a deadline If you go into business with this company make sure you have a strict contract and one that protects you because they dont have your best interest I had really hoped the fall out between my relator and New Peak would not affect our experience but it indeed had once the fall out began our house was a back burner project and the customer service went out the door I could care less about some $700 they promised us to make things right I just want a functional fridge and carpet that isnt lifting We have called we have emailed Maybe after seeing this New Peak will actually make things right but my hopes are not high and I just hope no one has to go through the things we did with this company They completely ruined the experience and made the process of building my dream home a complete nightmare
With little upfront cost, Newpeak worked with us on design and product selection to build my family an amazing home. There was give and take on both ends which resulted in a good building experience. Construction delays and covid impacted the build but communication was present and allowed us to work through the extended timeline. I followed the project closely, which I would recommend to anyone. Newpeak was always willing to provide a walkthrough of the site or discuss concerns relating to the project. In the end my family and I were able to move into a warm and comfortable home that does not feel thrown together. And as we have found small imperfections here or there Newpeak has stood tall and taken care of our concerns. We enjoy being apart of the Newpeak family and would recommend their services to others.
