As a first time home buyer my experience with ARIVA was smooth and great. Horrible quality. Craftsmanship is the worst. They really say you get for what you pay, horrible paint job , horrible stucco job , horrible overall finish product, drip edge missing on one side of the home and it’s rained about 5 times, so I’m sure the plywood has gone bad and they have no urgency to fix it.All in all , they need a whole new construction team. Who ever their supervisors are don’t know anything about construction especially on how to turn in a great product.Do not buy with these people
