Customer feedback is mixed. Positive reviews note attractive designs and responsive follow-up on minor issues after closing. Critical reviews cite workmanship concerns like paint and finish problems, and some frustration with communication or delays on repairs. Overall ratings indicate a blend of satisfied homeowners and those seeking more consistent quality control and post-close updates.

Upon review on our shelves around the house, it was found that no primer was used, the incorrect paint was applied, and it was layered over the initially misapplied coat. As a result, there is extensive bubbling and peeling throughout. This issue is present in all of the shelves, not just one or two. Unfortunately, this confirms that the original work was not done correctly. Same thing with front entrance door, door was initially painted incorrectly and was then painted over it with correct color. We removed the door lock to replace with pin and a HUGE white square was visible due to them painting around the lock and handle, paint is also peeling from that area. B&B did not want to be responsible although it was about 2-3 weeks since we had closed. They asked us to resubmit claim at 11mo and it was still declined.

Beautiful homes, very satisfied with our B&B Home. A few months later and no major structural or mechanical issues have been encountered. The team is very responsive, even after closing, which is hard to find with local builders nowadays. Filed a claim for something minor with the sprinklers, which was solved pretty quickly and B&B followed up several times to make sure everything was OK. The responsiveness and care after the sale are greatly appreciated.

The homes are real nice and here comes the “BUT”… the experience of buying a $330+ K home was definitely lackluster. They just don’t understand how disappointing it is to purchase a new home and have issues right out of the shotgun, door bell stopped working, 2 minor water leaks, ceiling fan in living room doesn’t work ( been waiting for replacement for almost 2 months). You call them for an update and all you get is “let me find out”. No return phone call or text. The warranty is terrible. If it’s not an emergency they have up to 11 months to act on it. Non-structural damage warranty is only 2 years. Good luck getting through on the phone.

October 2022.... now we have a water leak in our kitchen ceiling. Roof has to be fixed. That 3 houses in our block that have issues with leaking roofs. They did respond promptly to come and check it out.

Month 19 (8-2-2023) ... Issue with A/C. Downstairs feels a lot hotter than upstairs. With a 2-story home. It's better to have 2 units. One for each floor. Submitted the online request to 210 warranty, no reply after 3 days of request being submitted much less acknowledged.

When looking to build a home back in 2020, we knew we wanted to build with B&B because of how beautiful they appear to be. Little did we know that being handed our keys at closing, that we’d be so disappointed with the outcome of what seems to be a “beautifully made home.” Our 7 month building experience was everything you’d expect it be, fun and exciting.. and here comes the “BUT”. Three months living in our home we noticed cracks, leaks, and missing/broken items. Poor craftsmen ship was used to built our home, and that is very disappointing. A leak occurred over our master closet from the upstairs restroom due to a part not being installed. This resulted in one of their thousand workers coming and making large openings in our walls that haven’t been fixed in 3 months. Not to mentioned the worker found a water bottle filled with gunk and brown water inside the wall. NASTY. The biggest concern of all is our tile. Cracks that started from one end of the house made their way to the opposite side. Can’t get any worse than that, especially when having a 6 month old who is going to start crawling soon. Their warranty coverage is horrible. Their costumer service is even worse. Their managers are all over the place trying to fix the messes that have been made. To sum it all up, I would not recommend building with B&B unless you want to be going through a hassle of having your home fixed for 2+ years.

We stopped by the new construction at Antler Crossing, we toured the house by ourselves, some workers were finishing up their work. These homes are F_ing amazing!!!!! In the process of selling our home to buy one we saw, just like that…
