I had originally given them a 5 stars, but I've been trying to get in contact with them for months now to do some renovations, but they keep basically avoiding me. I purchased my home from them and did some renovations too, which turned out great. Which is why I was trying to do business with them again, but they have become basically unreachable. Unacceptable.

As a realtor, I take pride in serving my clients with the best service. My experience with Paisano Homes has been great. The product of home that they make is excellent. I also would like to add, Roberto the warranty manager gave me full confidence that my clients would be in great hands. His attention to detail is amazing and you can tell he takes true passion in his job in serving others. Rest assured with Paisano Homes and Roberto, your experience will be great.

I would not purchase a home from paisano homes because they are built poorly and the management team doesn't want to correct the mistakes their contractors made. We purchased a home and for eight months I have been trying to get paisano to come correct the issue on my home but have not come to fix it. Ever time I put a claim in they would rather close the ticket and say it is fixed than come correct the issue. I believe a company should not hold itself to the highest standards but also be confident about there work. Paisano homes have very poor quality of work they don't care about you after you have signed the paperwork. I warn anyone looking for a home to built go with someone else and avoid the nightmare I have had since buying my home less than a year ago.
