I just moved into my new KT Home at the end of December. This is my first new home, but over the years I have renovated three homes. I am so impressed with the build quality and attention to detail in this home.I am also impressed with KT Homes commitment to environmental issues as evidenced by how tightly insulated and sealed the home is as well as having the garage pre-wired for an EV car charger.Finally, I have such admiration and esteem for Miriam Quintana and Arik Montoya. Miriam went out of her way to keep me informed as the building progressed and was always available to meet with me whenever I came to Las Cruces to see how things were going.And Arik, the superintendent of the building process, was amazing in managing all of the aspects of the building and all of the contractors who contributed to the completion of my home. He always made time to quickly address any questions I had.Needless to say, I highly recommend KT Homes.
