From the moment I called GVS Construction I got top-notch service. They were quick and responsive to my needs and worked within my budget The Men who did the work who came to the house and did the job were very professional. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, They were clean and neat cleaned up everything. They had to come back the next day to finish the job. They installed the door for me and I expected it to be discolored and patched. When I got home and I saw that at work, I was stunned at how great it looked They followed through. They finish the jobs with detail. They match the paint and it looks like they never were there other than the fact that I have the new items they installed. I have never worked with a company so Professional. Although the job was not to the scale, they are accustomed to doing they treated my Project as if it were. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to add additions, or do any kind of modifications or renovations to their home. Should I have any further work in the future they’re gonna be the first people I call, I was very pleased with their Responsiveness, Their work, And their professionalism.
GVS was wonderful to work with on our project. They were knowledgeable and flexible. Definitely a company we would use again on future projects. Our door turned out beautiful. We now have a little sunroom.
Unfortunately I must let others be aware of my personal experience with GVS Construction & express my serious concerns and inability to recommend them, Miguel owner & Rick sales mngr. Despite being paid in full, with full release & sign off from the City to build an addition, they have left at least 2 subcontractors without payment (1 for 38wks & other 11wks since delivery) and me to receive threatening calls & certified mail on their behalf. They are unwilling or unable to pay their debts. I do like the product they built, but if they cannot pay their contractors & vendors, I cannot recommend them & highly advise against hiring them.
