What does Alfa Homes' limited warranty cover?

It provides one year after building acceptance for repairs to non-apparent poor workmanship present at acceptance, three years after acceptance for latent defects, and five years after work completion for faulty design, construction or production, or unfavourable ground. The warranty excludes consequential and incidental damages.

Does Alfa Homes' price guarantee cover every change?

No. It applies only to the specific home design and scope in the signed contract; customizations, optional upgrades and changes requested after contract execution are excluded. Prices may also be adjusted for material-cost fluctuations, labour rates, taxes, tariffs or import duties.

What timeline does Alfa Homes' delivery guarantee set?

The 12-month completion period assumes normal weather, uninterrupted supply chains and timely local approvals. Extreme weather, permitting issues, supply shortages and other circumstances beyond its reasonable control may extend the construction timeline.
