The location is unbeatable — just 3 minutes from Coolray Field, 4 minutes from The Exchange at Gwinnett and I-85, and only 6 minutes from Mall of Georgia. Everything you could possibly need is right nearby.The homes are absolutely beautiful. I loved that they offer both 3-story townhomes and single-family homes, all with 3-sides brick construction. The different elevations really give the neighborhood character instead of every home looking the same. It feels thoughtfully designed and well-built.Being located in the highly rated Mountain View school district is another huge plus. Overall, the community felt welcoming, well-planned, and conveniently located. Definitely worth touring!
