I had the pleasure of meeting Tommy at Inverness at Sugarloaf. He was not the agent that my client and I were scheduled to meet with, but because our assigned agent was running late, Tommy graciously took care of us as if it was his own client. He connected with my client and her daughters. He had so much knowledge about the area and the school system. He made my client comfortable with the numbers by running different scenarios with her. In addition to the two model homes, he took the time to show us three different homes throughout the community. I was so impressed by his knowledge of the area, schools (that his children do not attend), the customer service and how much time he spent with us that when I had another client looking in the community, I immediately called Tommy because I so looked forward to working with him again!
I came to the property to meet with an Agent. He was not available so Tommy assisted me. He showed me about 6 different homes on the property and was knowledgeable. It was pleasant and interesting. There's this great guy, a broker, by name 'Tommy Boyd' i met in the office. This particular man is good at his job. Initially we didn't have a mind of buying a house, but, because his sincerity about purchasing a house with the company, indeed gave us a changed mind of buying one and referring people to him.
