I had a great time working with them. Their agents Phil and Wayne are on top of everything and make home buying a very smooth process. Allan and his team are very fast and detail oriented, our walkthrough was a breeze and the home was neat and in perfect condition on close, except for the deadbolt getting stuck. But Allan was readily available and fixed it immediately when notified! Overall great experience!
For this purchase we were lucky enough to have both a great mortgage company as well as a great realtor. There were no exceptions when it came to Phil Nardone, Allen Cooper and the Richardson Housing Group. They were extremely responsive, timely and attentive.With the horror stories I've heard in the past I was a little worried about quality but there was a lot of attention to detail with the build. I was expecting a fight when doing a walk-through and noticing some items for touch up but Allen welcomed the critiques and remediated them quickly. He also gave us a thorough walk through and explained all of the modern tech in the house.Phil kept us informed with what was needed during the closing process. He gave a really good summary, both verbally and via email, of how the community operates, utilities, HOAs, etc. He also offered to help in case we needed anything thereafter.Overall, this was a great experience. I'd be happy to purchase from them again in the future.
I represented the buyer through this process. I have to say, out of all the builders that I've ever worked with, they were by far the BEST. The builder's agent (Phil) always delivered what was stated and communication was consistent through the entire process. For the buyer's orientation, the builder took his time and went over everything thoroughly with her. He even pointed out some small items that may have been overlooked if not mentioned. By closing day on our final walk-through, all of those items were remedied to perfection as expected. You can't always say that the experience from beginning to end is a good one, especially when working with a lot of builders. Happy to say that's not the case with Richardson Housing Group. Whether you're a buyer looking for new construction or an agent to have the opportunity to work with them, I can safely say that you won't be disappointed. Pleasure working with you all again!
