We absolutely love our new home and have had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team at Psion was attentive, transparent, and invested in making sure our home met our needs and budget. Blake and the Psion homes group are amazing! They made our home ideas come to life. They are so easy to work with and the overall finish of our house is better than I could have imagined. They pay close attention to detail and I would recommend them to everyone!
STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS BUILDER. If I could give them a zero stars I would. They are horrible TO WORK WITH AND BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY market as a super high quality but they give you the basic or low quality materials they can find. Go and ask anyone in the Syracuse RC community and they will tell you nothing good about the builders. They are hard to work with AND YOU need to babysit them to make sure they are doing things right and they still don’t do it. They like to do things under the table and when you ask them to fix something they did wrong, they fight you about it. I had to report them a lot of times to the city to fix things they didn’t want to fix according to city code. We were lucky to have the resources to get out of there, but the quality of the bathrooms, showers, floor, cabinets, countertops, dishwasher, paint is one that’s looks good initially but it quickly becomes apparent that the quality is lacking. In the 5 months we lived in our brand new house we asked them to fix insulation, windows, showers, walls, carpet, mirrors, sprinklers, water heater, counter tops, garage doors, dishwasher( because wasn’t working properly) and they pushed back or refused to fix much of it. We and our neighbors had many, almost the same issues and most of my neighbors decided to fix those issues themselves because the company refused to do and they got tired to begging. I believe you shouldn’t be fixing mayor things in a brand new house when you had pay a lot of money for that. SO, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM and save yourself time, headaches, frustration, disappointment, traumatizing experiences, tears, etc. It is not right when companies play with peoples hopes and dreams. I wouldn’t recommend this builder even to my worst enemy.
Blake, Austin, Lindsy, and everyone that's part of the Psion have been amazing to work with!We started looking at lots in Syracuse just over two years ago when they were barely starting construction. From the very beginning Blake was extremely helpful and Austin was always cheerful and willing to walk us through the houses anytime we wanted to see them again.Once we put our deposit down and started the build process, Blake was ready to answer any questions I had and if he didn't have the answer he would go find it. Lindsy is always checking in with us while we are looking ant build progress or just driving around the neighborhood, always happy to also answer questions for us.I would absolutely recommend Psion homes to anyone who is considering them for their home build.
Psion homes was amazing to work with! They had many great floor plans to choose from and answered every question we had. Our house was done in great timing with attention to detail. The whole process was very smooth and our realtor Blake was so helpful! I would recommend to everyone.
