I mainly dealt with Koltaen through my purchase and build process and can’t say enough great things about his level of knowledge, care and service!Highly recommend dealing with him if you are in the market for a modular built home.
If you are considering buying a home from this company, please proceed with caution. We were told our home would be delivered within **3–6 months at most**. Unfortunately, more than a year later, we are left dealing with a **faulty and poorly constructed product**, and the company has refused to properly address or fix the issues. For example, the weather is getting hot, and we turned our A/C on for the first time and it’s broken. Dustin decided he didn’t want to help us resolve this issue with his product, and now my 4 year old, 1 year old, and my wife and I are baking in his “home.”When we attempted to stand up for ourselves and ask for solutions, we were met with some of the **worst customer service we have ever experienced**, particularly from Dustin Anderson. Instead of taking responsibility, the company responded with threats of financial consequences while demonstrating a complete lack of research and preparation.Throughout the process, it became clear that little effort was made to ask the right questions or properly plan the delivery. They even hired an incompetent freight company that **could not get the home onto the state road where our lot is located**, which resulted in our home sitting on the side of the road for weeks.This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. We have never felt so disrespected as customers, and it is a decision we deeply regret.

From our first meeting with Koltaen, he answered our questions to our satisfaction and was responsive to our needs as a customer. He made me and my wife feel like valued customers. Everything said he would do, he and Modern Modular delivered. Overall, we are very satisfied with Koltaen's service and with the Modern Modular product. I would be pleased to provide a reference for Koltaen at any timer on the future.
