I have know Chris and Melissa a long time and sold a lot of homes for them. Very attentive to detail, beautiful finishes and attention to detail. They built our home approx 2 years ago. Our last home was from a different builder and it is clear the quality of the JFE build was far superior to other builders. A successful builder knows how to maintain relationships with the best subs and it was clear they knew how to do that. JFE is a family owned and they seem like good people and they were overall pretty reasonable. Building a home is stressful and will cost more than you plan, but if you know that going into it, it’s a great experience and this is a great builder to do it with.
The entire home building process from design to finish was above our expectations. We also learned JFE includes many extras in their homes that others may not include. We have heard others talk about their bad building experience with other builders. Not with JFE. We worked closely with Jason White. I can't say enough good things about Jason. He was always responsive, on time, and cared about making sure our home was exactly what we wanted. Even our neighbor's said good things about him. We worked with Chris, Melissa, Gina and Joel. Not one time in the entire building process were we dissatisfied. We will and have recommend JFE to others looking to build. Not only did they build our house, we established new friendships along the way. We love our new home and can't wait to build long lasting memories in it. Thank you JFE team for making this a wonderful experience!
My husband and I met with 5 builders before we went into contract with Chris owner of JFE . We are so happy with our decision to use this company to build our home. We have lived in the house for a week now and are in love. Despite the craziness with manufacturing and delays on many things JFE was able to stay on track the entire build process. They gave us a move in date of Oct/Nov in February when we went into contract and we closed October 20th! Cory was our project manager and he is the best! Such a huge asset to this company. He did everything he said he would, when he said he would. He is extremely organized and a great communicator. If you are looking at building you need to use JFE! Almost every contractor spoke very highly of Chris and his Team. Thank You Chris and Melissa and Cory and everyone else at JFE. Stephen and I are happy! Will refer you to anyone looking to build.
The whole team at JFE has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone I interacted with through JFE was knowledgeable and helpful. The subcontractors they used were very professional and polite. JFE was very open to working with me in every creative way I wanted. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my entire building experience with them. They made sure my wife and I were happy the entire way through the build. I interviewed several builders before I met JFE and they by far were the obvious choice. JFE is the best!
