We purchased a Model home from SAB in a newer Overland Park, KS subdivision. From the time of the initial contract signing until closing the communication, reliability & ease was top notch. They were fantastic throughout the entire process. We initially looked at building in another neighborhood with a different builder and did not feel comfortable nor that they had our best interest in mind.

Our pre-closing walk through with Kelsey & Blake was a very well put together presentation. Kelsey provided a lot of useful information about home ownership/maintenance and specific things tailored to our home. Blake provided a lot of great information as well and helped with the walk-through. He had the painters scheduled for touch ups before we even walked out the door!!! There were a few very minor things to fix/adjust before closing. The following week, we did a final walk-through, and everything had been addressed & fixed as promised.

In the early stages of our home search, we had constantly felt let down and disappointed by other builder's lack of information and false promises. We immediately felt relief and that we were in the right place when we started working with SAB.

All parties we worked with throughout the buying process had very great/positive things to say about SAB. (Vendors, Title Company, Lender, Agents).

Our new house feels a lot more "Custom" than many of the "cookie cutter" houses other builders put up. From fixtures, materials, flooring etc. there were not any shortcuts.

Would 10/10 have them build a house for me or any of my friends/family.

I would give more stars if I could! From start to finish it was a fantastic and nearly perfect experience! The communication from everyone is top notch and they are so fun! The team runs like a well oiled machine and has the customers best interest in mind. Katie is a wonderful designer and it was so fun working with her. She brought my Pinterest boards to life and our superintendent was phenomenal! I have told all our friends and family to build with SAB and plan to use them if we ever build again! The whole team is AMAZING!!!
