Purchased one of the quick sale homes from Fieldstone. Josh was great to work with, and the whole process was very smooth. If you are looking for an upscale home in a great neighborhood, this is the team to work with.

Purchasing a million dollar home was fun in the beginning with the sales agent. Then it fell apart when the construction manager said he would push the grading out for our hot tub which he did not do which I would now have to pay $20,000 to complete. Lots of other issues including “trusted” sprinkler vendor who stole my deposit for services not performed and the construction manager laughing in my face when I asked him for help. Would not buy again knowing what I know now.

All 4 of my neighbors in my cul-de-sac have problems ranging from cracked driveways, incorrectly installed $20,000 fence that is falling apart to name a few concerns.

My husband and I were over the moon when we moved into our million-dollar home built by Fieldstone Home Builders. We moved cross country to be in this home. However, this excitement quickly turned into disappointment. We've had numerous issues, including ~ ten warranty claims within our first week of moving in. To top it all off, we've been without hot water in freezing temperatures for the past three days and a shower that leaks water all over the bathroom floor causing an unsafe slippery surface. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and we wouldn't recommend Fieldstone to anyone. We are going to pursue getting out of this home at all costs and far away from fieldstone.
