We love our home with Flagship! We just hit our year mark and have been so happy with the quality of the build and the neighborhood. Justin Case from Flagship came by to help us with our list of fixes for our warranty, and he went above and beyond to patiently walk through the whole house with us, quickly address the needed fixes, answer all questions we had, and made sure we are happy with the state of the house. I’d recommend Flagship to anyone looking for a new home!
We are so excited for our first home! Flagship has excellent layouts and we got all the nice upgrades included--ceiling fans, gas stove, granite counters.Our walk through team--Jim and Grady--was awesome! They were super helpful and patient with us as we were pretty picky on our blue tape and such.Overall, when searching for our first home, we're glad we went with Flagship Homes.Update: We have been able to get help for different kinds of warranty claims. They've been quick to respond and help.
Flagship homes is great at honoring their 1 year move in warranty. They've helped resolve all of my concerns so far, even small nitpicky cases. Justin Case was in charge of our fixes and he did more than was asked even finding and fixing more than I identified. Great job all around.
Would have given five stars if not for the fencing being installed after the homes were all sold and the remaining construction after a year of the houses being bought has not been fixed :) exposed pipes and dirt still surround the fencing that lines the road. The community is great and the park across the street is amazing! Construction of the homes and design is lovely as a first time home buyer. Also- Jim a Flagship rep, is amazing and super friendly, has helped us get fast fixes on anything interior we have needed!
I have to give a big props to Justin Case on the warranty team. He stayed on top of the work we needed done, communicated with me, and even through the crazy holiday schedules made sure to get our project done and didn’t let it slide. His work was also very well done, and we are happy with the outcome. He’s been solid to work with and truly cares about the homeowners and ensuring that he finishes the project in a timely manner. -Bunker
