One star! At exactly 12:05 PM MST on September 28, 2025, you were driving the wrong way down the street, following your kids as they posted flyers on doors. One of them stuck a flyer right next to a clearly posted "No Soliciting" sign on my home. I’m sure they were excited to make a few bucks helping dad… But let’s be clear, using kids doesn’t excuse soliciting for a business. If this is the kind of cheap labor you use for marketing, it really makes me wonder, what corners are you cutting when it comes to home building? You’re not selling candy bars or mowing lawns. You’re in the business of building custom homes which is the most expensive, and trust-based decisions a person can make. And in an industry already full of fly-by-night contractors, this paints a foreboding picture. How you show up in the neighborhood matters, and so does your judgment. Bothering homeowners at their front doors isn’t just unprofessional, its annoying. And ignoring a clearly posted sign only makes it worse. Teach your kids and educate yourself. If this is how you introduce yourself, and your business, why would anyone believe the build experience would be any more respectful? This kind of marketing says more than your flyer ever could. Straight to the trash... what a waste of a cutoff.

Honestly the best renovations service we ever received. Reside made sure we were aware of all the costs and concerns with our renovations, which was refreshing since we had experienced other companies that will quote a lower price only to hit you with hidden expenses in the past. Reside was even able to find us deals on our windows and other areas of our renovations without sacrificing quality - which again, other companies have been known to do. We have a special needs daughter that requires wheelchair access and track lifts, and Reside took care of everything for us and even gave us advice on how to save money, and what materials would work the best for our needs. Any other renovations we have in the future will be with Ben and his company, and our family would highly recommend working with these professionals. We still use the house warming gifts they gave us when we moved back into our home. Thanks You again for your services Reside!
