We purchased a new house built by Réjean Morin in May 2019. Since then, we have encountered numerous problems with the flooring and ceramic tiles.The hardwood flooring was poorly installed, resulting in large cracks appearing in several places throughout the house. As compensation, they offered us a mere $300 credit, deeming the situation acceptable. This response was completely inadequate, given the extent of the problem.The shower grout had to be redone twice. Each time, the work was done with minimal effort, and now the grout is cracked again, allowing water to seep into the wall. Their solution was to apply silicone over the grout. The work is poorly executed, and the result is far from clean or professional.We also had to redo all the kitchen tiles because, in a 10 x 20 foot area, more than 20 tiles were cracked, not to mention the numerous places where the grout had completely disintegrated. We had to fight to get them to redo the entire job, because initially, they only wanted to replace the broken tiles.Two years later, tiles are still coming loose in the kitchen. The situation in the bathroom is just as disappointing: the grout is cracked, tiles are coming loose, and some are breaking—everything needs to be redone.I contacted the contractor several times, but he was arrogant and completely unwilling to discuss anything. He told me I was too demanding and that I was perpetually dissatisfied. Obviously, the house is no longer under warranty, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I would never do business with them again, and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone I know.If you have the option of doing business with another company, don't hesitate to do so.
After several illegal incidents (non-compliant formal notice, eviction notice not registered with the TAL, and telephone harassment), we decided to leave our rental because we were fed up with their power plays.The team literally thinks they own the rental market and imposes their rules without any regard for the TAL regulations. After we told them we were leaving, they even had the nerve to try and sell us one of their new constructions.

We (my family and I) had a wonderful experience throughout the construction of our new home with Réjean Morin's team. We have a beautiful home just as we had imagined, but even more so, our expectations are higher and the after-sales service is excellent. If you are hesitant to hire Réjean Morin's team, I strongly suggest it; you will not be disappointed.
