Our experience with SG Habitation was positive. They are a contractor who listens to their clients. When an urgent question arises, they react quickly. They provided excellent follow-up on the work, both in person and by email. The work done at our home is of high quality and meets our expectations. Even when we have different perspectives, they remain calm and open to discussion. They always focused on finding solutions and were receptive to our requests.

Poor service. Almost no insulation, or even none at all around the windows and patio door. After three water leaks, still no repairs after a year.They said they were waiting for good weather. After a year, the ceiling is still open, and they're not honoring their commitments. No repairs until a file was opened with the GCR (Ground Controlled Revenue Agency) and a formal notice was sent. Not good for a project costing nearly a million dollars.Having dealt with other contractors, this is far from a company that respects its commitments and is proud of its work.
