We recently built with JMH, we had looked at some of the showcase homes and space wise, they did not fit the needs of our family. Kristin Murrow, the new homes consultant met with us and immediately put us in the right direction with an up and coming showcase home that checked every box. My husband and Bud really bonded & Bud was very informative throughout the whole process. We are now in our dream home with our family and very happy we built with them!

When my husband and I started searching for a house we were focused on finding a builder that prioritizes quality and craftsmanship, and that also allowed us the flexibility to design our home the way we wanted. We couldn't give enough praise for Kristin’s work. She's super attentive and clearly cares about delivering an exceptional experience to her customers from start to finish. We also would like to mention Charley, who was so sweet and beyond helpful when we were deciding on the finishes, and Bud, who was always present on our weekly updates and very attentive to all the details and questions we had regarding the construction. The whole experience from beginning to end was a breeze, we felt so confident in their process because everything was always super transparent and handled professionally. We'd definitely recommend JMH to anyone who's looking to build a house, they went above and beyond to ensure that our expectations were met, and we couldn't be happier with the result.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Leslie as our new home sales consultant! She has made the entire home-building process feel easy, exciting, and even fun for our family. Leslie was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer questions or walk us through each step. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and supported throughout the journey. Everyone at James Monroe homes was very nice and helpful. We worked closest with Kristen and Bud. Kristen was very helpful, answering all of our questions as we prepared to moved states. In the design center we made our selections and a few custom tweaks. We’re so excited to finally be home.
