Not a first party review, but live next to a home under construction and I must say this has been one of the longest and most inefficient constructions I've seen in our neighborhood. This home is nowhere near completion and 2 homes that were started months after this one are nearly complete. Talked to the owners and they are quite disappointed. The home has sat empty on multiple occasions, sometimes for weeks. Talked with someone over at the site and they said they were swamped and had too many homes under construction at once and not enough contracted crews to get all the work done efficiently. Progress continued to be extremely slow. I know the owners want it done right so hopefully the end product is worth the wait.
We built our new home with Element a little over a year ago and would highly recommend them. We had a great experience with the construction process. Roger and Andrey were easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and were always willing to accommodate our requests. We love our home!
We built a home with Element in 2020. We had the BEST experience. They made the process so easy from start to finish. Even during the pandemic. The online portal was so great. Made the process of looking at our options/selections, budget etc. really easy. Roger and Andrey were both great to work with and very professional. We are in love with our home and have no plans to build again anytime soon:) But they made the process so fun and easy we would definitely be up for doing it again someday. We would DEFINITELY recommend Element homes to anyone who is considering building in the Lincoln area.
I could not be more satisfied with Element Homes and our home building experience. Everyone we came into contact with from the initial design down to the workers putting finishing touches on our home were pleasant, professional and accommodating. Andrey was especially great to work with. Communication was easy, quick, honest and problem solving. I enjoyed the entire experience working with Element Homes and highly recommend them to friends and co-workers and would definitely build again with them.
Element Homes built our house 2 years ago and we are very happy with the whole process and end results. They were very professional and great to work with. Whenever we had questions they were quick to respond and always listened. Even after a year of being in the house we had some questions and they took ownership and followed up promptly.
