We have had a very disappointing experience with their service manager, Joe Da Ponte, regarding our Tarion warranty repairs. He consistently finds excuses to avoid completing repairs properly and shows no intention of resolving issues to the required standard. For example, during the PDI stage we identified four holes on the powder room walls. It has now been almost a year, and despite numerous attempts, the problem has not been properly fixed. I have attached a picture showing the condition of the walls after one of his so-called “repairs.” Most recently, he offered to repair the holes again but refused to explain what method or steps would be taken. When we asked for clarification by email, his response was simply that we could dispute the repair with Tarion. We clearly stated that we were not disputing; we only wanted to understand what he intended to do. Despite this, he has never provided an answer, and the repair still remains incomplete — well past the Tarion timelines. This experience has left us with the impression that there is little accountability or professionalism in how warranty repairs are being handled.

I have had the best experience with Forever Homes. They not only build a quality home but they care deeply about their clients. This is a family owned business and they are the most honest and loyal people. They care deeply about their staff too. They built my home and I was over the moon! I wouldn't change a thing.
