With a newborn on the way, we were in need of increasing the space in our current home. After seeing some of the amazing work Silver Ridge had completed on our friend’s addition, we decided to have them come in to go over some ideas for our own addition. After reviewing some of our thoughts and ideas, Tim and Carolyn made it very easy to come up with a formal plan and made sure all our questions were answered thoroughly. Work completed by the Silver Ridge team was done in a timely manner and they kept us up-to-date with everything through the whole process. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism as well as their honesty. You can really tell they are a team that is looking out for their clients best interest. We have received a lot of feedback from our family, friends and neighbors about how efficient the Silver Ridge team was and how impressed everyone is with their workmanship. When we decided to undertake a main floor renovation and addition with a newborn on the way, we anticipated heightened stress and chaos. Silver Ridge Design Build Inc. was a pleasure to work with right from the start of our project. They were flexible with our timeline and created a schedule that was shared with us before our renovation began so that we knew what to expect and when. Siverridge task was to demolish our cottage and rebuild as a perament home under very difficult situations.They had to deal with weather, awkward access and comply with not only building codes but with the Thames Valley Conservation Authority regulations. They accomplished this on time and on budget! Their craftmanship was of the highest standards and they used high end products. Silver Ridge had to custom build the interior due to limitation of space.They fulfied our wishes of wheelchair accessibility, door levers and bar handles for cubboards. Carolyn was knowledgeable with update designs and products. Tim was always available to answer our questions or suggestions, and followed up on them. The crew were friendly and repectful. Bill and I would definetly recommend Silver Ridge Design!!

We hired Silver Ridge to build a roof off the back of our house to create an outdoor living space. We had an idea in our head and a bunch of pictures of things we liked but didn’t know how it would work with our house. Tim was able to work with us to create a design that made sense for our style of house and walked us through the different options for sizing, timber types, etc. so we could achieve what we were looking for. From the design phase right through to completion, everyone was honestly great to work with. All of the workers who came on-site were friendly and kept the yard well kept (no garbage or extra materials laying around which was so great since we have kids and a dog). They were also so kind to our young kids who were very interested in what was going on with all the machines - they would wave to them and let them watch with no complaints. We love how our patio turned out and spend so much time outside now because we have a custom solution that fits our home and yard perfectly.
