The stars were aligned for me when Tony's crew happened to be at my neighbor's house when a major flood event took place at my house. They came over almost immediately, analyzed the problem, and got to work. The line between my washer and a toilet was clogged, and required a 200-foot snake to unclog. They hadn't brought one with them for my neighbor's job, so they ran out and got one. Tony and the crew leader Robert inspired confidence that they knew what they were doing, and both were very pleasant to work with. Huge thanks to them!

Robert on Tony's team fixed the ceiling where we have an exhaust vent in our bathroom. The hole was too big for the new vent so they secured the vent, patched up the big hole in the ceiling and painted it. Everything looks perfect and brand new. Tony was very responsive throughout the whole process and went out of his way to make sure we were being taken care of and happy with the work. Great experience with competitive prices and you feel that you are working with legit and reliable folks.
Tony and Appease Builders are the very best!Earlier this year, I was so excited that we’d started a job with a contractor to redo our 1956 garage, which I had wanted to finish since we purchased the house over four years ago. However, after he’d started demo and temporarily (and incorrectly) roughed in some connections, he got COVID and was unable to complete the job (despite my waiting for over 8 weeks for him to come back to work).It’s a rare breed of contractor that will finish a job after another has started it, but to Tony and Robert’s credit, these two gentlemen came in with the utmost professionalism, gave a fair price and then delivered on the job.The process of remodeling is notoriously stressful, however Appease Builders helped make it as easy as possible. The crew was so reliable - showing up every day early, working steadily and completed the project just one day over our anticipated schedule - which is an amazing feat all things considered. Additionally, Tony is super responsive and serves as one point person for all aspects of the job, which was a huge benefit to me with the demands on my time for work.For this job, I needed recessed lights, new utility box for the washer, new vent for the dryer and water heater plus fully insulated the whole garage dry walled, primed and painted - all walls and ceiling.Now, the garage is really transformed from a dusty, dark, dingy spider haven to a clean, bright, pleasant space — adding much appreciated and infinitely more useable square footage to our home. In addition to storage space, it now also functions as an art studio, a Brazilian jui jitsu practice space and general hang out spot for my son. We all love the new options!Thank you, Tony!
