We highly recommend Easton Homes for building a quality custom home, and we are so thankful to have been referred to them by a friend after we lost our home in the Marshall Fire. From the moment we were welcomed at their office, we could tell we were working with a highly experienced and reputable team who genuinely cared about building a quality home in an efficient manner. Chris, Scott, and Megan bring many years of experience and educational training to the table. They gave us a tour of homes that were in various stages of progress and explained the many options to consider after finding out what we were looking to build. We loved working with the architect they recommended, the construction foreman, interior design professional and every one of their sub-contractors on the project. All of the various contractors worked together to complete our home. They all took special care to make sure every detail was spelled out which made for seamless progress and virtually eliminated the need for any change orders. The county inspections all passed without corrections and they even recommended a great landscaping company for us. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to build a custom home or remodel their existing home.

We built our custom home with Easton builders in 2017 and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our home was built with quality every step of the way. The personalized attention we received was unsurpassed. Our needs and wants were the main priority. We could not be happier with our home and our building experience!

My husband and I built a home with Easton Homes in 2021 and would love to share our positive experience since quality of workmanship, honesty and integrity are so hard to come by today. The entire process was an incredibly positive experience from the initial discussions through the warranty experience. We had fired our previous contractor and were ready to walk away and sell our land when we met the Easton's. The Easton family takes great pride in making it a positive experience and makes sure that surprises are kept at a minimum. When building a new custom home there will always be surprises and unknowns to the builder, subs and homeowner; Scott, Chris and Megan were great to walk us through what could be controlled and what areas we would have to work through using other means. Because of their expertise, they came to the table with multiple options so that we weren't doing the work. This is why you need to get an experienced builder WHO CARES. After living in the house for a few years, we have worked with them on a couple of warranty issues from the Covid period and they were good to make sure that suppliers met those warranties. We have reflected back so many times and are so glad that we had the opportunity to take what was a nightmare and turn it into living in our dream home. Thank you Easton Homes for being a part of making our dream become a reality! If you are considering building just sit down with Scott Easton before you make the decision on a builder. You won't regret it.

This process started off great. But here we are, 2 years later, still having issues with unfinished punch list items. Honestly, if more focus was on true QA throughout the entire process, things could be different. Had to give up on a few items because it wasn’t worth the hassle. Disappointed for sure, definitely a reminder that things are just not done the same way anymore. Pictures are beautiful, but don’t always tell the whole story.
