Little Home Builders, owned and operated by Christy and Bryan Silva, is an exceptional company. The Silva’s are highly professional and knowledgeable as well as kind and caring. They take good care of their customers through design, construction and final permits while consistently being willing to accommodate change requests with a smile.
Their crews who labored to build my house were masters of their trade - skilled, proficient, competent, courteous and very easy to work with.
I researched and interviewed other ADU builders, but only Little Home Builders offered the product that met my needs at a reasonable price.

As homeowners navigating Colorado’s complex zoning ordinances, we needed a partner who could provide a turn-key solution, handling the heavy lifting of design, plan development, permitting, construction, and inspections, all on an aggressive schedule & budget. The Little Home Builder team also ensured the new unit integrated perfectly with our primary residence. The build was completed on time with exceptional craftsmanship, from start to finish, the Silva’s team delivered.

I can’t rave enough about our experience working with Christy and Bryan. We were one of the first to take advantage of Denver’s new ADU permissions in the Barnum West neighborhood (building on the back of an existing lot with a 3-BR main house), and we were impressed with their high-quality work in progress in mid-December 2024. We began work together in January, and worked with an excellent architect and designer. Since we live a 6-hour drive away from Denver, our meetings were all virtual. The new-build process was new for me and my husband, and the LHB team was fantastic in guiding us through, step by step. When the build began in the summer of 2025, we received weekly videos showing the progress. LHB completed the project (the Ann 1BR) in 10 months— including about 5 months of permit work before the build. Bryan is truly impressive in managing his building team and creating a high-quality home. LBH in a nutshell: great communicators, flexible with our changes and needs, stunning results, really nice people. We are thrilled! Happy to chat with anyone who wants to speak with an LHB client.

Communication was excellant and our project (a garage conversion) was completed in a reasonable amount of time, even with the extra work that we requested. There were a couple of minor problems, but they were corrected immediately. We also appreciated their design input, which we incorporated into our project. Thanks Christy, Brian and Robert for making our new tiny home so lovely.

Little Home Builder built our ADU in the fall of 2024. I can't say enough positive about Christy, Bryan, and their team. I can be a tough customer to please, and they went above and beyond in meeting my expectations and bringing our vision to life. They were on time, on budget, and communicated really well through the whole process. 100% would do business with them again.

Doing what you say you're going to do is a simple concept, but rarely happens. In this case, LHBs delivered on that promise.
Christy was super helpful in leading the design, permitting, and quoting process up front and when I awarded them the contract Bryan took over and oversaw the build process and made sure everything went smoothly down to the last detail.

Their crews were very professional, open to changes, and were clearly proud of what they do.

We were very fortunate to have found such a great team and would highly recommend using them for your project. Ask them for a look at our completed place and their work will speak for itself.
