As a civil engineer, I’ve worked with many contractors, and Steven and the team at LSE Builders Group are top-tier professionals. We recently partnered on a complex drainage infrastructure and utility coordination project in Longmont. It required tight tolerances, quick RFI turnarounds, and precise field execution.
Not only did LSE execute the concrete work grading and specialized drainage system beautifully, but they also pulled off the near-impossible task of keeping the commercial storefront fully open and operating safely during construction. They are responsive, highly skilled problem-solvers, and excellent communicators. I highly recommend LSE Builders Group for any commercial build or civil infrastructure project.

We hired LSE Builders to finish our existing basement. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Steven the owner and Chris the project manager, as well as all the suppliers and contractors they work with.

To start with, the whole process was very transparent and they use technology effectively in order to share all the bids, invoices, and receipts. Secondly, they performed amazingly well given our aggressive timeframe. Even with delays from the city, they finished the entire project in well under 3 months as promised. This is especially impressive given the very busy time contractors are having right now in the Boulder area.

The finished product includes two additional bedrooms, a rec room, and a full bathroom. The finishing touches, in particular, turned out very well… the tile work, the carpentry, the lighting, etc.

The project went very well and exceeded our expectations. Steven and Chris were both very professional and never hesitated to address any concerns we had. We highly recommend LSE!

LSE Builders and Steven were great! They were professional on time and courteous. Most importantly they got our project completed on time and within budget. I will use them again and I strongly recommend them. We were doing a complex extension and new kitchen. They were there the whole time to walk us through things step by step.
