This was my first experience buying a new condo and it couldn't have went more smoothly. The sales team is excellent and the service from all members, Nadine the decorator, Sylvain our salesman, the assistants at the office, Jean for the after service, all of it was extremely welcoming and attentive. We cannot be more satisfied with the final product, and I strongly recommend the quality of construction, the location of the project and the excellent product offered by this company!
I am very happy with the condo purchase experience with Habitations Lussier. They are very professional from sales to delivery services. The way they manage the supplier is very efficient and save clients a lot of time. The delivery is exactly on time. Strong recommendation!
Beware of this company, they just want your money !
Flooring wasn't correctly installed leaving gaps between the different boards. We called them numerous times to come fix it. Everytime they came, they didn't fix it. Also, the fan in the bathroom upstairs wasn't installed correctly. It was blowing air instead of evacuating air. Lussier looked at it and said that there was nothing wrong. After all of these problems, we decided to contact the warranty service. They came and confirmed that everything was defective..the flooring and the fan. However, we had to contact the warranty within 3 years. Everything will have to be replaced on our dime even though it was defective AND we contacted Lussier.
