Platinum Home Builders

Incredibly grateful we decided to work with Platinum Home Builders and Design, specifically Mark R. Working with him and his team was absolutely fantastic. Everything was paced appropriately and completed a little earlier than we anticipated, thanks to Mark’s diligence in coordinating the different teams working onsite. We had a pretty big job: full kitchen gutting, all new plumbing throughout the house, 2 bathroom renovations, and all new flooring and painting throughout the entire house (interior and exterior). It was so nice to work with someone I could trust with our old house (built in the 50’s). Mark was extremely communicative and transparent about various things that popped up (as things do with 75 yo houses) during our renovation and provided solutions we were happy with. Would 1000% recommend Mark and his team and will be calling him for any future home projects.

Platimun Home Builders & Design is a pleasure to work with! Mr. Reeves met with me in late January 2025, I needed an estimate on my patio roof that was affected/ damaged by the high winds. I had not realized that there was damage to my house roof as well. Mr. Reeves was very through on his inspections, he provided me with photographs of what he had seen when he was on the roof. He worked on an itemized quote. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the work done immediately, due to some fluctuations with my employer, I had to put this off. Since January, Mr. Reeves has maintained communication checking in to see how I’m doing with heartfelt concern. I truly appreciate this! There was no second-guessing or doubt in my mind that I would do business with him (Platinum). He was not only beyond professional, but patient and worked with me regarding the financial aspects of the work. End result? A beautiful new roof! Top notch customer service, compassion, and work ethic. Fast too! Thank you Mr. Reeves and staff.

I reached out to platinum to help with our kitchen remodel and am so happy I went with them for the project. They are professional, timely and paid such close attention to detail in every aspect of the remodel. Every person who was part of the project went above and beyond in their craft. Gil was so communicative and helpful and we are so glad we went with Platinum Home builders for our project! Thank you!

Kitchen Renovation Review – Platinum Home Builders & Design (Mark) I recently completed a full kitchen renovation with Platinum Home Builders & Design, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, Mark and his team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality finished product. The project involved a complete transformation—merging the old kitchen, dining room, and pantry into one large, modern space. Every aspect of the renovation was handled with precision, from the new cabinetry and kitchen island with a mini-fridge and dishwasher to the over-the-top faucet by the stove and updated electrical with a new sub-panel. The Carrera-style porcelain tile in a checkered rhombus pattern turned out beautifully, adding a timeless elegance to the space. Mark was great to work with—communicative, knowledgeable, and always ensuring the work was up to the highest standard. The lighting choices, including recessed lighting, pendant lights over the island, and a crystal chandelier with bronze accents, were installed flawlessly and give the kitchen a warm and sophisticated feel. Beyond aesthetics, the functionality of the kitchen has improved dramatically. The thoughtful layout and high-end finishes make cooking and entertaining much more enjoyable. The renovation was a significant investment, but the quality of work and final outcome made it well worth it. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for a home renovation, I highly recommend Platinum Home Builders & Design, especially Mark. Their craftsmanship and professionalism made this project a success, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from Platinum Home Builders! They recently completed a roofing replacement with radiant barrier installation. In the process they had to remove my solar panels and re-install them as well. The entire experience was as described by our project manager, Devon. Pricing was clear with no scope creep or price creep. Devon's communication was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. I appreciated the daily updates, ensuring me that work was being done as scheduled. What really stood out was their commitment to quality - they made sure contractors were on site, and the workmanship was superb. I'm so grateful to have chosen Platinum Home Builders for my roofing needs. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction earn them a well-deserved 5 stars! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled home builder. Usually working with contractors is a mess, in my experience, but Devon and his team have changed my mind. I'm looking forward to my next project with them. Shout out to Ken for making improvements to my solar panel installation and to Thomas for checking on things along with Devon.
