Awesome environment, amazing selections. Freedom to control your budget while really making your dream home yours. Everyone is always helpful and nice. They help you work towards your goal of making your house while advising you to hit your budget. They dont push you towards getting the most expensive items. This was nice because we didnt feel any pressure on building out our home. Build what you want, at the price you need, in the neighborhood you desire. What else could you ask for.
Our (my wife & I) experience has been seamless so far. We went to the Design meeting with some expectations which were all exceeded. Mrs. Gina Mangold was great! She was so helpful in guiding us when we needed some direction. She even stayed longer to finish the process, showing immense patience, kindness, & understanding. Mrs. Judy Lusk is also a gem, as she made it easier for us to walk into the design meeting with a general idea of what to expect & many things we chose prior to the design meeting assisted us in making this meeting less stressful hahaha. Willem has assisted us with any questions we may have had between meetings & extremely communicative as it relates to the next steps in the process. I’m excited about the home we are building with Fischer.
The Fischer team has made the home buying process an exciting experience. From our beginning talks and meetings with our sales counselor, Willem, to working with Gina to design our home was amazing and a smooth process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish at the design center. Lindsay was amazing to work with. They had so many different color options and designs to choose from. I am completely satisfied with my final choices that were made.
I am very disappointed with my purchase of a Fischer home. I have brought this drainage issue up with my project manager at every step of the purchase process and every time they have worked on my yard for the past 7 months. Her responses to me have been very unprofessional to say the least. She claims that nothing is wrong with my yard and that I do not know what I’m talking about. When I told her that my neighbor had to turn my sprinklers off while I was at work she told me, “that never happened.” If you are looking to buy a new construction home without issues then I would choose a different company.
