Black Pines Builders worked with us on a main floor and kitchen renovation, and I would highly, highly recommend them. Every step of the way they were transparent, timely, communicative and just a true joy to work with. Jeff was proactive - during our project if there was ever a time he spotted something was done incorrectly, he had it re-done and fixed before we even noticed, he was collaborative - giving suggestions on the most efficient, cost-effective way to do things while keeping quality at the forefront, and maybe most importantly, our project was completed on time, which you definitely cannot say for all construction projects!! We would work with Black Pines, Jeff & Victoria again in a heartbeat.

Jeff, Victoria, and the Black Pines team are wonderful to work with and helped us execute on a major main floor remodel which included: Swapping location of the kitchen and dining room, full kitchen remodel, electrical panel upgrades, basement lighting upgrades, design services, permitting, project planning, installation, all finish work, and everything in-between.

They executed our project flawlessly through excellent communication, accurate and upfront pricing, and effective schedule management. Vicki and Jeff’s passion and expertise was evident throughout the whole process. They certainly made our vision a reality and we had a lot of fun along the way! I can’t recommend them enough!
