Black Pines Builders worked with us on a main floor and kitchen renovation, and I would highly, highly recommend them. Every step of the way they were transparent, timely, communicative and just a true joy to work with. Jeff was proactive - during our project if there was ever a time he spotted something was done incorrectly, he had it re-done and fixed before we even noticed, he was collaborative - giving suggestions on the most efficient, cost-effective way to do things while keeping quality at the forefront, and maybe most importantly, our project was completed on time, which you definitely cannot say for all construction projects!! We would work with Black Pines, Jeff & Victoria again in a heartbeat.

Jeff and his team of subcontractors are simply the best around! We have worked on 3 different renovation projects together over the last 6 years. He is meticulous with every detail, providing exceptional finish quality. After recently completing a 4 month renovation that included a full kitchen, pantry, laundry, hardwood floor and front door overhaul, he finished on time and on budget - even during a global pandemic. I highly recommend Black Pines Builders!
We have had two wonderfully successful renovations with Black Pines Builders; the first inside redoing and expanding the kitchen, living room, and basement, and the second this last year adding a sun room and new deck. We were so happy with how the first renovation went that we didn't hesitate to call them for the second. We have appreciated their vision, flexibility, and professionalism. We've been particularly impressed with the quality of the subcontractors they work with; everything from plumbing to electrical to painting to woodwork has been excellently executed. They were always clear on project costs and changes, and kept us well aware of timing and arrival of subcontractors for work. Undoubtedly our favorite Boulder County housing contractors.
