I purchased their Tanya plan (after build) in September 2025, because it was the perfect size & configuration for me (3-bed, 2-bath with a 2-car garage) and the common area is 525 square feet and includes an actual dining room (adjacent to the kitchen) which allows me to still see my television on my living room wall. The finishes are awesome, too, with natural Granite countertops throughout, and luxury vinyl plank flooring (I had the carpet in the bedrooms removed). Another bonus, the person who tried to buy it before me had a shower put in the master bath (I would have had to do that, too, as I needed a step-in shower without a tub wall to 'step over,' as I am disabled and that would be a serious fall risk). Due to this house being built earlier than most of these available plans, it was listed on Zillow for only $215,400 but Zillow said it 'was not available,' so I asked my Realtor about the house (whether it was already under contract, etc.). She contacted Betenbough, and found out the earlier buyer had lost his financing at the last minute, which made it available for me. I love my home!!!

Working with Betenbough and the team was a great experience. Very professional, answered all my questions. They walked with me through the whole process. This was my second design home I have purchased and Betenbough met all my expectations. I really like different and Betenbough's architects are very creative in their architectural designs. My first design home was a disappointment but Betenbough restored my faith. I love my new home, was very clean. The carpentry work was exceptional and I love the new modern design fixtures. Moving back to my hometown and a new Betenbough home everything is falling into place.

I've owned a lot of homes in my life and had built a home previously. (What a nightmare that was.) I was prepared for the inevitable delays, construction issues, and the myriad of other headaches that come with a new build. Betenbough blew all those past expectations away. From our initial meeting to post closing, they stayed in constant communication to ensure a stress and hassle-free experience. Honestly, I'm still shocked in the very best way. No surprises. Matthew DeLeon was very professional and helpful. He came by 30 days after we moved into our Betenbough home in Cypress Ranch. He reviewed the 2-year home warranty and and showed us several home maintenance tasks to keep our beautiful new home in good condition . He also arranged to have 4 small issues taken care of that same day. We were very pleased with the service.
