DePatrick was amazing in our warranty request! Had issues with our oven breaker on a Sunday morning and within 30 mins he was here to asses the problem, even though I told him it wasn’t urgent and could wait! He was very helpful and kind! I appreciate him very much!

An excellent experience with warranty technicians Zach and Tim. I contacted the warranty team to repair a bedroom door that would not close properly and needed more than a simple adjustment. The repair team was punctual, polite, and spent the time needed to do a good job. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. I greatly appreciate the care and quality of work from Zach and Tim.
