If I was able to give six stars to just one business I've ever worked with, I would give it to Keuler Fine Homes. My experience is so similar to the other reviews, so I won't spend much time talking about the incredible quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that is built into our home. The key element to me is trust. Imagine all the places where someone could cut corners or do sloppy work and no one would know. What I've found over the 15 years of owning our home is that everything was done correctly and with great care. We have done several modifications to our home and it's so comforting to know (as we open walls and roofs) that windows were flashed correctly, foundations and framing are square, etc. Everything is done right. A few years ago we finished the basement and I worked with Willy and Bailey to create a really nice and unique design. Keuler is a team of exceptional people that work very well together. I work with and continue to use many of Keuler's sub-contractors and they are all top notch. Here's one final story to share. Several years ago it was Thanksgiving morning and the 3-pin lock on my very large wooden door broke, which meant we couldn't use the front door. I called Willy just to get some advice on what to do and he stopped what he was doing, came over to my house within 30 minutes and helped me get the door open and usable for our large family gathering that afternoon. This company will be around for years to come, you will be well-served to have Keuler Fine Homes build your dream house!

When we began our journey of building on our existing lake lot, we talked with several design/build firms and finally chose Keuler due to the past work we had witnessed in our original home community and in what they had built with other lake properties. The team really listened to what we wanted in a home and produced an incredibly thorough proposal with appropriate allowances to accommodate our needs. The team worked with us on the design, and we couldn't be happier with the end product - truly maximizing the space and views of the water utilizing very high-quality materials. Austin (& Dave) did a wonderful job managing the project and truly advocating with (& for) us throughout the build process. The subcontractors that Keuler utilizes are top notch and worked very hard to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Keuler has enough building experience/expertise in their history to thoughtfully assist throughout the design/build process. Any issues that have arisen since we moved in have been addressed promptly. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful home!!!!

We had Keuler Construction build our home and we love it!! Their quality in my opinion is unmatched, they have always been extremely helpful when we wanted to make any changes during the building process, whenever we needed anything fixed, or if we have any questions about our house or changes to it now. Recently, we had them come back and remove our original deck and add a new awesome maintenance free deck. We have received numerous compliments on our new deck. They have always made us feel like family and have taken care of us like we are a part of their family.
