The home building process was great. I've been in the home for about 9 years now and sadly many of the corners that were cut during the build process didn't show up until later on... * Flooring was installed incorrectly, now we have huge gaps that slide whenever you walk on them. * The gutter system design was not correct, which is leading to water flushing underneath our front-sidewalks. Overtime, this has lead to our front-yard to sink, which is also causing major issues with our driveway. * Had to have our siding fixed multiple times due to poor installation. I don't think the siding was actually completed until about 6 months post move-in. * The truss alignment was off, which lead to weird gaps in the ceiling and everything just looks off. * The basement door leading to the basement has a tight enough corner where you can't even bring a couch down there, which really complicates the idea of furnishing our basement. Given how much I paid for the house, I was a bit disappointed.

My family worked with Renee at Tim O'Brien Homes on two occasions. In both cases we went another direction but our experience with her was superb. She was so kind and understanding and was looking to support our dream home. The process and pricing was very clear and we are confident they build a quality home.
