My husband and I lived in a Veridian home previously and absolutely loved it but wanted more space to grow into with our family. We decided to work with Veridian again on a custom home and loved the whole process. Scott Kramer was so helpful in the beginning stages in helping us pick a floor plan and neighborhood that would work well for our family. He was also super involved in the rest of the building process and always available to answer questions we had. We worked with Angela for the whole design process and she was fabulous. She really understood the vision we had for our home and helped us stay in budget. Although it’s intimidating to make choices based on samples, we knew she really understood the products Veridian offers and trusted she wouldn’t let us pick selections that would clash. We also loved working with Evan throughout the whole build process. He was always positive, friendly, and available for our questions! Despite a few hiccups, he was always on our side and helped rectify the situations we ran into quickly and with ease. Thank you Veridian team!

Richard Dorr has been absolutely phenomenal throughout our homebuying journey. During every walkthrough, he helped ease my mind, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. From the moment I met Adam C. I knew Veridian Homes was for me. Adam explained the process, set up a viewing of the model I was interested in, answered all my questions. I attended a presentation where everything from the loan process to landscaping was explained. Adam was available through the entire process. Next I spent time with Angela S. Interior Designer. Angela got a feel for my taste and patiently went through options to make the house my own, suggesting options that were terrific. The time with Angela was unhurried and fun. She follows up still to make sure things are right. Andrew B. - my builder- I can’t say enough good things about Andrew! At the first meeting Andrew explained each step in the building process, set up all the inspection meetings so I could plan ahead and answered every question I had. Andrew is thorough, meticulous and kept me updated throughout the build. He went over and above and really made the process as easy as it could be. If I ever build again I definitely would want Andrew building my home. And now I have been put in touch with Shayna W. Customer Success Specialist who follows up on any questions or concerns I might have. She arranges any follow up that is nested, communicates very timely and is so pleasant to work with. I told friends and family how pleased I was with Veridian and they all would tell me “you’re the first person we know that had a good experience.” And all their sub- contractors were great! I had never built a home before. Heaven must have sent me to Veridian because it all went great! As a side note - Veridian uses Ashley Furniture to pick appliances etc. communication with my Ashley rep wasn’t always followed up on and it was very frustrating. Especially if price adjustment was needed. Still waiting for answers on rebates. Although the Ashley big furniture delivery guys were great.

Working with Veridian was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Mikki Colby, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She clearly explained each step of the buying process, always responded quickly, and consistently provided accurate and helpful information. Her knowledge of the build and her willingness to be available whenever needed made everything feel easy and stress-free. I also want to give a big shoutout to Evan, our Personal Builder, whose attention to detail and communication made us feel confident every step of the way. Most importantly, Mikki made the buying experience genuinely enjoyable.
