Although it’s intimidating to make choices based on samples, we knew she really understood the products Veridian offers and trusted she wouldn’t let us pick selections that would clash. We also loved working with Evan throughout the whole build process. He was always positive, friendly, and available for our questions! Angela got a feel for my taste and patiently went through options to make the house my own, suggesting options that were terrific. The time with Angela was unhurried and fun. She follows up still to make sure things are right.Andrew B. - my builder- I can’t say enough good things about Andrew! At the first meeting Andrew explained each step in the building process, set up all the inspection meetings so I could plan ahead and answered every question I had. Andrew is thorough, meticulous and kept me updated throughout the build. He went over and above and really made the process as easy as it could be. If I ever build again I definitely would want Andrew building my home.And now I have been put in touch with Shayna W. Customer Success Specialist who follows up on any questions or concerns I might have. She arranges any follow up that is nested, communicates very timely and is so pleasant to work with.I told friends and family how pleased I was with Veridian and they all would tell me “you’re the first person we know that had a good experience.” And all their sub- contractors were great!I had never built a home before. Heaven must have sent me to Veridian because it all went great!As a side note - Veridian uses Ashley Furniture to pick appliances etc. communication with my Ashley rep wasn’t always followed up on and it was very frustrating. Especially if price adjustment was needed. Still waiting for answers on rebates. Although the Ashley big furniture delivery guys were great.
