They’re professional, friendly, and take the time to answer every question thoroughly. M3 in Mansfield (Johnson County) is such an impressive community! They offer both 50’ and 70’ lots, giving buyers flexibility depending on their needs. The new inventory homes feature beautiful finishes and thoughtful designs — you can truly see the quality throughout! The amenities really set this community apart. The amenity center has a a pool table, workspace and includes a pavilion, and the pool overlooks a stunning 3-acre pond with a fountain, creating a peaceful, resort-style atmosphere. There’s also a splash pad, playground, and beautifully designed entry features that make the neighborhood feel upscale and welcoming.

A major highlight is that it’s located in Johnson County with no MUD, no PID, and a 2.17 tax rat, which is a huge advantage for homeowners!

Highly recommend M3 if you’re looking in the Mansfield area — it truly checks all the boxes!

Earlier this year, I decided to buy a new house at M3 Ranch—a two-story home on a 50-foot lot. While a 50-foot lot is quite small, my family's focus was on having larger living space rather than yard space. We decided to go with Perry Homes because we liked their floor plan the most.
The sales representative, Dylon, was truly the best. He showed us multiple houses and floor plans, helping us make our decision. He addressed all our concerns and questions, and we really enjoyed working with him.
It's been almost half a year since we moved into our new house. I've found some issues, but they're being resolved under warranty. The warranty process has been fairly easy and quick.
