What customers say

Several customers praise Lorana’s home-buying guidance, describing her as knowledgeable and clear in explaining the process. One homeowner reports that no warranty work had been completed as of January 2026 and that the Maricopa and Phoenix offices did not respond. The same customer says they were asked to sign off on a claim while issues remained unresolved, including chipped quartz, tile and grout stains, and nonworking Ethernet ports.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Brightland builds their homes with the cheapest materials and contractors available. I submitted my 60 warranty claim in late November 2024, and 11 month claim in August 2025. Since submitting the 11 month warranty claim, ZERO work has been completed as of January 2026. I have reached out to people from the Maricopa Sales office and the Phoenix office and have been ignored with no response from both offices. They asked me to sign off on a warranty claim when the issues hadn’t been resolved! Just to list a few examples of issues: • Chipped Quartz Countertops • Stains in tile floor/grout throughout home • Ethernet ports don’t work • Interior & Exterior Paint Issues / Stucco I would recommend avoiding purchasing from this builder. The second they get your deposit, they are no longer responsive or willing to resolve issues. DO NOT BUY A (DRB) previously named BRIGHTLAND HOME
