We can't believe it's been a year since we've moved into our beautiful Bercher home! Everyone on the Bercher team has been supportive, kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process from the preliminary stages with Becky, the numerous design changes/selections with Angie, the actual build as our dream house came together with Chris, and the one year punch list with Thomas. We would also like to mention the painters (Juan and his team), (Luciano) who laid our tile, and (Daniel) who is a jack of all trades; they all do a wonderful job and take pride in their craftmanship. The entire Bercher team is just outstanding - top notch! We highly recommend them!
I am a Realtor, and have buyers who are purchasing a Bercher Home resale (built in 2018). During their home inspection, an issue was found with a few of the trusses. I reached out to Becky Bercher on Friday evening. She informed me that the trusses were still under warranty, and by Monday she had their project manager out to look. By Tuesday afternoon, the repairs were complete, and my buyer has peace of mind. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent customer service and quality product!!
