Marlon and Hillary did a truly sensational job pulling the entire project together while always keeping our needs front and center. Their communication was outstanding—they clearly explained every step, kept us informed of next moves, and made the entire process feel seamless.

What really set them apart was their hands-on approach. Marlon and Hillary rolled up their sleeves, paying attention to every tiny detail while never losing sight of the big picture to ensure everything was completed exactly as we envisioned. We’ve worked with other contractors and construction companies before, but we’ve never experienced this level of rapport, care, and professionalism.

We recently had our basement finished by Bradford, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their attention to detail was incredible, and the quality of the craftsmanship and finishings was truly top notch. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism, and it really shows in the final result. Our project managers, Marlon and Hillary, were amazing—always responsive, organized, and proactive in keeping everything on track. They made the process smooth and stress-free, and were great at communicating updates and addressing any questions or concerns we had. When we were evaluating different GC's, the pricing ran the gamut and while their pricing was on the higher end, you truly get what you pay for when it comes to quality and reliability. In the end, we are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new basement and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a remodel.
