I had my home built by them, and I am extremely dissatisfied—not only with the quality of their work but also with the fact that they charged me to fix my entrance without my approval. That is theft! I had to constantly monitor their work and correct their mistakes or else it would have been a disaster. I do NOT recommend them to anyone, and if I could give zero stars, I would.
Dolcan Construction is a very professional construction company that we can trust. From the beginning to the end everything was always transparent and smooth with our house. Any concerns you have they will quickly resolve. We are very satisfied and love our beautiful home.
We are working on building my 3rd home with Dolcan Homes. Óscar and Jesus have always been very honest,straightforward and responsive to our request. They build quality and back up and service what they build. I really trust them and wouldn’t want any other builder to make my home. They do what they say and are fair and trust worthy. Those qualities are very hard to find in our society today. If you want a home that is quality value priced and a great build experience I recommend Dolcan homes. I can’t honestly recommend anyone else at this point.
My experience with Dolcan Homes has been by far the best, and after viewing and meeting with selective home builders in the the RGV they were tremendously attentive to each detail and questions I had as a first time home buyer.Our home is just the perfect ambiance of high quality and modern style and what is the best about the Owners is that they were with me each step of the way to guide me, I am glad to have selected them as my builders. I always recommend them because I trust their work ethic and STILL answer my calls with any questions I have about my home.Not only are you buying a house but you are getting a whole quality of neighbors who you can enjoy being around.5 stars to Dolcan Homes for making my Dream come true as a proud home owner!!!!- Gloria De Anda
Very nice homes but very unprofessional. Spoke with one of the owners and he bluntly told me that they “do not sit with their customers to discuss floor plans”. Sorry but I need to be able to discuss how my floor plan will look before I hand my money away. To anyone looking to build a home, sorry to say but there are so many builders in the valley that are actually willing to help their customers, steer clear of this one. If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself from dealing with their rude attitude and having them block you from their page for speaking the TRUTH.
