Karla and the staff kept us informed and answered all our questions along the way. They made the whole experience less stressful than we expected.One thing to keep in mind is that communication can sometimes be slow. We had a few moments where we had to follow up to get a response, which was a bit frustrating. If you stay on top of things, it works out fine.Overall a solid builder with beautiful homes. I reached out to Villa Del Sol Construction a few years ago asking if they could help my church fix our small building used for Children’s Sunday Class. I believe a gentlemen named Martin came out to see how he could help us. He gave us clear direction on how we could fix it ourselves to save money and also donated material in order for us to fix the interior.
