Update: It’s been exactly a year in our home & we are extremely happy and grateful to Villa Homes as they have followed through with all our home upkeep and maintenance. Our home has been battle tested through some strong storms as well as this south Texas heat. It is extremely energy efficient & my wife continues to compliment how she loves it and feels home. With the economic conditions and markets always changing, Villa has continued to build quality homes such as this one and we greatly appreciate all they have done. Prior Post: It’s been roughly two weeks since we’ve closed on our home with Villa Homes and it’s been everything we ever expected it to be and more. Throughout the process Lynette worked with us in ensuring everything we wanted or needed was in the home and Mr. Villanueva and his team made sure that the house was up to par in both his and our expectations. The house immediately felt like home when we moved in and the Villa Homes Team has been following up with us to ensure that there aren’t any small details that need to be corrected or replaced. We are extremely happy with our new home and are looking forward to many years living here. There is both a sense of professionalism & family with Villa Homes that makes our purchase and process with them all the more certain that we made the right choice. Special thank you to David Villanueva who also took the time to get us something we had been wanting for a good while now, to Erica and Rick who have been following up with us and checking to ensure the home hasn’t had any issues and again to Lynette who was just amazing in getting us an amazing home and consistently following up with us throughout our home purchase process. The quality of their homes has been some of the best I’ve seen and I have no doubt you’d be making the right choice in purchasing your future home with them

My wife and I just completed our new home and we are amazed not only by the quality of the home but the process itself! We searched for many builders, visited several model homes but for some reason we kept coming back to VillaHomes. Our salesperson Jonathan provided such an excellent service and stayed with us along the way. Building a custom home is not easy so having someone guide you is definitely needed. He stayed with us from the moment we toured a home to the moment we signed and got our keys. Designing can be another stressful process but THANK GOD for there designing team. Tony the architect was able to design the perfect plan for us and had so much patience with our crazy ideas. Brianna and her team made the selection piece a BREEZE! Brianna has such great taste when it comes to interior/exterior designing. She also uses a cool software to show you how it would look all together which I thought was a huge help! Communication was always the best. Everything is communicated through an app or by email. They do this so there can be paper trail. Karen their finance person was very quick on answering our questions or whenever we wanted a quote for a certain upgrade! Now the true MVP here is our project manager Aaron! This guys would go above and beyond when it came to making sure our home was getting built the proper way. I still recommend visiting your home to make sure it’s going as planned. I would text Aaron everyday to update me and he would. If I saw any issues, he would take care of it for us. He kept reminding us that this was a big purchase and would always encourage us to speak up if we saw something that we didn’t like. We had a small issue with our land leveling in our backyard but villa homes took full responsibility to get it all fixed. This is something you don’t see with many builders. We got to speak to the owners and you can tell that they care about giving the best experience.

Villa Homes went above and beyond to meet all of our expectations including the crazy projects that I wanted to include in my home in order to make it MY DREAM HOME! They truly are different in all the right ways! You can communicate with them about any little issue you believe you have ran into and they will solve it for you! But you do have to communicate with them. Don’t be afraid to speak up and let any of them know. They will immediately let the person who is in charge of that specific situation know. We are in love with our home and know that it took a great team to build it and make it a HOME! We want to thank the entire team for all the effort and time they have given us through the entire process! We want to thank our Consultant, Jonathan for leading us here and always answering our questions even after hours, Designer, Briana for helping me feel good about my decisions and providing me guidance and her point of view on many things and Project Manager, Aaron for always being there at our home making sure everything was being done the way we wanted it to be at all times and all days! Villa Homes is a great company that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to build their dream home!

Villa Homes build our home and after living in it for over 4 years we continue to love it. We had a great experience from start to finish. We continue to get numerous complements of our home, random people will stop and knock on our door just to ask who was our builder and would you recommend them. The answer is absolutely yes. We closed on our home several months after COVID hit so we also got to experience the labor shortage, supply shortages, transportation capacity issues and supply chain disruptions that were impacting everyone . I work in Global Logistics so completely understood the situation and was seeing first hand the significant cost increase to transport goods domestically and globally if you could find what you were needing it was going to cost you significantly more . I truly understood certain things were out of their control. As we all navigated the unexpected there was constant proactive communication as they worked with the city to align on new permit requirements and restrictions they were implementing as a result of COVID restrictions. Those restrictions included reducing the amount of people working at the home which resulted in them taking a little longer to finish building as it set us back on the original timeline . We understood the situation and we would rather wait and have it done right. I also recall that as we were in the process of closing on our home Hurricane Hanna hit. We had already installed the cameras and we got a notification that someone was at the house it was one of Mr. Villas sons doing a walkthrough of the house to inspect for damage or any possible leaks . The fact that we have not had any issues with our home is representative of the quality of the work they deliver . Thank You Villa Homes and Rick for building us an amazing home.

I absolutely love my home! There were delays, but I built during a time where the world was crazy, people were being paid to stay home instead of work, which made things difficult in every industry, then add to that the cost of everything skyrocketed. I am a business owner who dealt with shortages in material and labor so I understood, it was out of anyone's hands. The wait was well worth it, I get so many compliments from everyone who enters my home, especially on the kitchen. I highly recommend Villa Homes! They are honest good people, who build quality beautiful homes.
