This was our first time building a home. We had previously bought an older house in Frisco and were looking for a little bit more of a backyard and customization than what we were seeing in our budget.From start to finish, building with Bloomfield was a fantastic experience. Our main point of contact throughout the process was Francis and she was an *excellent* facilitator and communicator. Genuinely, I'm not sure I've ever worked with someone who was more organized and upfront about everything.Between Francis and her assistant Joanna, my wife and I ran into basically zero issues while customizing our home. There was no hidden pricing, no unkept promises, and no complaints from our end. Our home turned out beautiful and it was as stress-free as building a home from dirt up can be. If you have the opportunity to work with Francis in any of the Bloomfield neighborhoods, you should know you'll be in good hands.Our builder was Trent, and he was similarly excellent throughout the entire process. He's thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive. I never felt like I had a dumb question or request, and he always had an answer or explanation anytime I reached out. He worked well with city/county inspectors as well as third-party inspectors that my wife and I hired, and he never tried to hide anything or discount issues that came across through inspections. We had no major building delays, and he even worked with us on the finishing touches on the house so we could move in before the holidays so we could spend Thanksgiving and Christmas in our new home.If this isn't our forever home, I would gladly work with Francis, Trent, and Bloomfield again on the next build.

As you can see below, this is our second Bloomfield home, and in the same community; Willowwood!Our experience with our first purchase is what makes us a repeat customer. The level of customer service and quality construction exceed all expectations and they have gotten even better with new updates and “extras”. We knew that we wanted to stay within the Willowwood community and Melissa school district, and fortunately there was a new phase and available lots. We found the perfect lot and purchased it as quickly as possible so that we would not lose it, as we know how highly desired the neighborhood is, as well as the school district.Recently moved in, and enjoying our new home and property!3 years ago:From the first meeting until the finished project, Bloomfield homes and their representatives were professional and very responsive. I moved in almost a year ago and i love the house. It is build nicely and spaced out perfectly. I was able to get my 1 year inspection done which reported a few issues. It was a very easy process to get them resolved since Brandon who is in charge of Home warranty for Bloomfield worked closely with me. He is very knowledgeable and has great experience with homes. He made sure all was done without a hassle. Thanks Brandon.
Francis and our builder Trent did a really great job with our home. They were patient with all my questions and responded very quickly. I always appreciated all the updates they sent. Overall, they both made our first home buying process wonderful.
