David guided us through several homes until we found the perfect one, and he kept us informed every step of the way. He even reached out on nights, weekends, and holiday weekends to ensure we always had the information we needed.

After closing, our construction manager, Price, was incredibly thorough in explaining every detail of the home. He followed up multiple times afterward to ensure everything met our expectations.

We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail from the entire Perry Homes team. They truly made the home-buying process smooth and enjoyable.

The wife and I have been in the process for home buying since January 2020. But then, Covid slowed us down drastically. In January of 2021, we restarted our home buying journey.. We got priced out of the market in Frisco, TX so our realtor suggested a Perry Home in Mckinney, TX. From the moment we arrived and spoke with Marie Casado, we we're sold. Now mind you, we had been EVERYWHERE. PROSPER, LIL ELM, MANSFIELD, FRISCO, etc...

We loved our experience. Marie told us to go look at 2 homes that were Inventory in the neighborhood. We put a contract on a house we walked through the very NEXT day!!! Cristy Simpson is a delight. Definitely on tip of her game!

Looking forward to living at Trinity Falls in Mckinney, TX. The staff was amazing. The Design Center was a great experience. We meet with James Wriggs, the Superintendent in 3 weeks for our pre-build. Wish is luck!
