The wife and I have been in the process for home buying since January 2020. But then, Covid slowed us down drastically. In January of 2021, we restarted our home buying journey.. We got priced out of the market in Frisco, TX so our realtor suggested a Perry Home in Mckinney, TX. From the moment we arrived and spoke with Marie Casado, we we're sold. Now mind you, we had been EVERYWHERE. PROSPER, LIL ELM, MANSFIELD, FRISCO, etc...We loved our experience. Marie told us to go look at 2 homes that were Inventory in the neighborhood.
