We hired The British Builder for a major renovation of our 1963 home near the McKinney historical district and Wayne exceeded all of our expectations. Due to the large scope of the renovation, and having young kids, we had to move out of the house and were out of town for most of the project. Not only was the project handled smoothly in our absence, Wayne was professional, communicative, detail-oriented, and budget conscious from start to finish. We came back to a beautiful home and any remaining items on the house were handled quickly until the job was done. Finding the right contractor can be difficult and stressful. I’m glad we hired The British Builder and I would do it again.

Wayne (the British Builder) is an excellent contractor. He is dependable and trustworthy. We were new to the area and needed a good contractor who could help us with improvements to our old home in the historic district. Wayne has many contacts within the city and has gone above and beyond to help us with necessary permits and projects. He is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, his prices are fair and the work high quality and honest, which is what you want in a good contractor. He is very fast with responding and starting projects. He even helped us with a plumbing emergency while we were out of country and he had it fixed same day. We trust and recommend Wayne wholeheartedly.
