Absolutely, heartbreaking, they give your hopes up. Tell you they're gonna hold a unit for you. Until you do your application, get the application done and total. That credit doesn't really matter or make a difference. As they try and work with you and then get rejected.Because supposedly you don't make enough per year.Although you're at the 50% merk, absolutely discouraging and heartbreaking. When people know they can afford these places, that's why they look in the first place. And only they be told, no, because they don't make a million dollars plus a year who does in this economy. And if they do, why would they be renting in the first place?
We are absolutely thrilled with our new home built by NewRock. We pushed some new design requests through to them but they all fully embraced our vision and made it happen for us. Our forever home is exactly what we were looking for and we now look forward to enjoying it to the fullest.
We have been living in Southlands Gate since August 2018 and are very happy with our new home. The front line staff have been great to work with and they went above and beyond to get our condo finished to coincide with our house sale. All our issues were looked after promptly. We purchased our NewRock bungalow in May. We are very impressed with the NewRock team that we dealt with. They took care of everything we asked for and kept us totally informed throughout the building process. I would recommend to anyone buying a new house to check out NewRock. The quality of the finished house is excellent. We had a few minor deficiencies when we moved in and they were taken care of right away with little to no disruption. They are great people to deal with.

Buying a home in this market is challenging but working with Trisha made it as painless and straightforward as possible.The site supervisor Andy is very efficient and is on top of anything you may require. We have yet had to wait for him and at times he arrived at our door within minutes of advising of something as minor as a bolt needing to be tightened.Between Trisha and Andy they did an amazing job at giving us our dream home we wanted.
