The homes are pretty but I live directly behind the new Oak Hill subdivision and the builders didn’t give us any notice that they were about to do massive construction behind our homes. Since we moved in (years ago), they’ve been building and it starts very early in the morning every day and doesn’t end until after dark. They even do it on weekends. We haven’t ever been able to enjoy our backyard and I’m sure it’s annoying the people who have bought homes there too. It’s incredibly loud nonstop with zero consideration for people in the area. And worst of all, they’re tearing down all the woods where tons of wildlife live (and was one of the reasons we bought our home to begin with) and putting homes directly behind us. There have been tons of deer, rabbits, owls, etc. in there that now have to find a new home. A lot of us in the existing neighborhood are so disappointed with how this has gone down we are talking about moving and just renting the homes we own now. They + the city of Collierville clearly value profit over community. There will probably be a fried chicken shop in there at some point too.Ps: they’re adding a road to connect it to our neighborhood and we already have major issues with cars flying through that area right next to the bus stops, so they also don’t take safety of children into consideration.

We had two wonderful experiences purchasing Magnolia Homes. When we first relocated to Collierville we had the pleasure of working with Renee. We purchased a Magnolia home sight unseen. Renee was so kind and kept us informed on all the building finishes before we closed. She made building a home states away so easy and enjoyable. A few years later as our family grew we purchased another Magnolia home and Sarah was a great help. The home was already completed but there were some changes we needed to make in order for it to be perfect for us and she ensured they were documented and completed as requested. We couldn’t be happier with both experiences. A great local builder with amazing employees who remember to make home buying enjoyable !
Over four years ago we moved into our newly built home by Magnolia Homes and we couldn't be more pleased with the process, professionalism and effort it takes to get to this stage. The owners Karen and Reggie treated us like family and always left us feeling great about our decision to build with them. They offer so much extra and outstanding warranties that cover a lot of important and expensive materials. I highly recommend checking out the various home sites with gorgeous model homes that provide such inspiration and their incredible design center in Collierville, Tn. They have an advance 3D website that allows you to build your home to fit your needs. It's a no brainer. I love the company so much so that I decided to work for them too.
